CREST Transfer

It is a requirement of the London Stock Exchange that clients trading in UK equities must authorise the delivery of their stock onto the UK market to cover sale obligations. This completed form must be returned to our International Equities team, accompanied by the original certificates of UK Listed stocks.

W8-BEN

If you wish to trade on US equities, it is a requirement of the IRS that all Australian or New Zealand tax residents complete a W8-BEN form and return it to our office before they commence trading.

Irrevocable Power of Attorney

This form must be completed in order to clear United States and Canadian certificates. This form must be returned to our International Equities team along with the original unsigned certificate.
