If you have recently changed address,  you will need to complete a change of address form.

If your account is sponsored by Patersons please ensure that all account holders' sign this notification and include the following information:

• Registered Account Name
• Holder Identification Number (HIN)
• Old Address
• New Address

If your account is not sponsored by Patersons you will need to:

• Contact each individual share registry and provide them with the following information:
  • Name of the company in which the securities are held;
  • Quote your Security Reference Number (SRN); and 
  • Provide a brief description of the stock held (e.g. fully ordinary paid).

  • New Address
• Complete the change of address notification form

This will ensure that our records can be kept accurate and up-to-date, ensuring that you will always receive correspondence from us in a timely manner.
