If you have found that you have been issued stock in a name that is slightly different to your Registered Account Name, for example

Your Registered Account Name is 'Mrs Ann Jones' and stock has been purchased in the name of 'Mrs Anne Jones', 'Mrs Anne Kate Jones' or 'Mrs Ann K Jones'

then a Name Correction & Indemnity form can be completed to register this stock correctly - as long as the correction is minor and there is no change to beneficial owner.
