Estate Planning

Most of us understand the importance of having a properly executed Will.

A Will is a legal document which sets out the wishes of the Testator (the person making the Will). It nominates the details of your bequests and the Beneficiaries (those nominated to receive an inheritance). It also specifies who you appoint as your Executor, to ensure your wishes are carried out. Professional advice is strongly recommended so that the Will is properly drawn up and enforceable.

A Will should always be reviewed if there is a change in family circumstances such as a death, birth, marriage or divorce. With the sale or purchase of investments, an inheritance or a change of residence may also involve changing a Will.

We are able to help guide you to achieve your desired outcomes.
