Access new deal flow from Australia’s most active broker

Since 2007, Patersons has ranked first by number of new equity issues in Australia and continues to do so in 2010 with 16.4% of the market.

Over the past decade Patersons has raised in excess of $6.6 billion in over 760 new issues. Since 30 June 2009, Patersons has raised capital for numerous companies, including GIP, SBL, ARV, COK, AMX, NTU, ABU and RDR. Patersons was also Co Manager for the recent QR National Share Offer.

To participate in “excluded offers” as a Sophisticated Investor, investors must provide a certificate from a qualified accountant, certifying that they have net assets or gross income of:

• gross income of $250,000 or more per annum in each of the previous two years; or
• net assets of at least $2.5 million.
