Paid Parental Leave
We provide primary care-givers with six weeks of paid parental leave upon the birth or adoption of a child. Secondary care-givers are also eligible for one week of paid parental leave.
Employee Assistance Program
Our staff have confidential access to short-term professional counselling services to discuss any problems that may affect their work performance, safety or health.
Volunteer Work Leave
We encourage our staff to take one day of volunteer leave per year to make a positive contribution to their community.
Up to Two Weeks Additional Leave
Sometimes four weeks just isn’t enough, so staff can purchase up to two weeks of additional leave each year.
Domestic Violence Support Leave
We offer five days of paid domestic violence support leave to seek medical or legal assistance, attend court or make other safety arrangements to support anyone who may be the victim of domestic violence.
Salary Sacrifice Options
We offer a number of opportunities to salary sacrifice towards car parking, membership to professional organisations, Qantas Club membership, or by making additional contributions to superannuation.
To help you keep fit, we’ll make a contribution towards your annual gym membership, or for our Perth staff, provide free membership to our local gym.

Novated Motor Vehicle Lease
