The new Australian Financial Complaints Authority has officially opened today, 1 November 2018 as part of the government’s new dispute resolution scheme.

Our FSG has been updated to include regulatory requirements.
 
On 1 November 2018,  the role and responsibilities of the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) is taken over by the new Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA). Any references to FOS in the Financial Services Guide is replaced by the following details:
